  • ARC is not a call centre.  The people who answer the ARC lines are experienced adjusters. They know what follow up questions to ask when a claim is being reported, they reach out to insured drivers, attempt immediate telephone contact with claimants and police and they ask for and catalogue photos forwarded to them from the scene.

  • This preliminary investigation allows the ARC to determine when a loss is catastrophic, and whether a local adjuster is necessary or a claim can be phone adjusted.
  • These steps help our clients control ALAE by assigning out only those claims requiring immediate on scene investigation, and help generate early settlement of at fault losses through prompt contact with claimants.
