At first, it was unclear that the form was dynamic and that new options would appear. I was initially drawn to the file upload widget at the bottom of the form when, in actuality, I should have started at the top of the form. It was also unclear how much time I had to fill out the form until my session would expire.

I had to resubmit all my documents that had been attached to the initial claim form as for some reason they did not make it to ARC
