I thought the employees were unprofessional in their writings to me. Also, despite taking the time to document every detail with pictures and videos, they did not believe us that an Amazon knocked over our mailbox. Our claim was not resolved in a timely matter. Nonetheless we are thankful our ring camera picked up the hit and run and we are thankful that amazon paid for the damages. Thank you.
