I am very happy that ARC Claims handled my claim promptly, with no hassle. Thank you for your help. I think I should have compensation from Amazon due to the lost of property done my Prime, for my lost of sleep, feeling stressful and the time running around to get the damage estimate. Thank you again. The only thing I would improve upon is the number of people one must speak with to resolve the claim. I cannot recall the exact number but I recall providing all of the relevant info and picture, and then I would be transferred multiple times to different people asking for the same info. Other than that, I very much appreciate your assistance resolving this. -Chris

The claim amount was not discussed or explained. The amount will cover the cost to replace our basketball set, however we will be required to pay additional money to have someone remove old pole and concrete in a new one when purchased.
