    I just think that it could’ve been settled a lot quickly with all the information that I gave however, now I am glad that the claim was finished and that I can move on with trust and respect for Amazon that I’ve always had, and I have to admit, was starting to lose that I was being told over and over that I didn’t have enough evidence for something that was done by Amazon van. I am glad that it’s over

    Everything would have been a 5 except it was impossible to find out where to go to start the process or to reach a live Amazon employee to help get you to the process. The Amazon chat just sent me in circles. I spent 4-5 hours until I reached a live Amazon employee who was wonderful (a 10).

    Unfortunately, soon after this claim was resolved, the AMAzon driver did the exact same thing and now I will need to have the driveway cleaned again.

    My initial call in was not handled correctly he didn't input it into the system so I was just in limbo. The 2nd call was much better definitely properly done as i had an email while still on the phobe and it was easy to add more information to the claim once requested.

    They dramatically low balled the cost of labor in my area meaning I can only do the repair with the money given if I do the work, but at this time I have a foot injury preventing me from doing it. And even if I do it myself I should be compensated for my time since it is time I would. Or have had to spend doing that without the incident. They seem to not realize that labor/time is part of a repair.

    Initially, I was reluctant to submit a claim because of how difficult it usually is in general, but with ARC it was extremely easy and I had no issues. Everybody was super pleasant to work with, and I was able to fix the damage promptly!
