    Thi was a pretty seamless process. I submitted all the reuired information and I beleive I heard back within a day. I requested a paper check and received it within 5 days. Very satisfied with ARC

    Terri Barnett, lady that allowed me to call her after my claim started (since I have trouble doing everything online) --I continued to ask her questions/ request assistance also - she was GREAT. She was very helpful & explained things when I got confused. She also replied promptly even when I left VoiceMails. Wonder job! Please pass that along to her for me ????

    ARC was great but my initial interaction was with Amazon and they were horrible. While I did as requested from the at fault party and reported it to Amazon, they DID NOT forward my claim to ARC because there was no account attached to the claim as the at fault party was not delivering to my house. This delayed the claim by over a month and was very frustrating to me. I will state that once ARC understood this, they were great on the settlement of this claim. I hope this is not normal procedure for Amazon to not forward claims reported.

    Only thing I did not like amount the claim was the amount given per hour for labor. At $16.46, you can't hire anyone to do the necessary labor that it would take to get this job done. Luckily I did it myself, but for someone unable to do it themselves it would not have been sufficient. The amount of hours given and amount for materials was good though. Overall I was pleased with the speed and amount at which this was settled.

    Initial response was very good. However I did not appreciate the implication in follow up emails that your driver was not responsible since I did not have actual photographic evidence. That the call was made to you within moments of the incident, and had my personal visual evidence of the driver holding one of the stones from the wall in question should have been enough. It was however, resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you.

    The driver was very respectful and courteous and that is the lasting impression. I think he is a great young man and hopefully he will be acknowledged for his professionalism in the midst of an unfortunate event.

    I completed the initial form and was asked to resubmit some of the photos and items that were put on the first form - I'm not sure why, however, the claim was quickly resolved after submitting the items again.
