Only issues initially was understanding who to contact and who was owning this claim. Since this was an Amazon delivery issue, it wasn't clear when I should stop talking to Amazon and work through you, To be fair, there was email issues we found where mails were not getting to me.

Amazon van drivers continue to drive off my driveway and onto the rain soaked sod, causing major damage to my lawn and sprinkler heads. Despite the sign at the foot of my driveway and notes on my account stating no vehicles allowed on my property, the drivers continue to ignore my instructions and cause continuous damage. This time the driver turned around on my front lawn, unbelievable. He should be fired for his blatant disrespect for personal property. Please find a way to prevent this from happening again and again. PLEASE!!! The claim was easy, efficient and I didn’t have to argue or fight to get funds for the repairs this time. The video submitted of the driver deliberately driving on my lawn kind of speaks for itself I guess.
