The claim process was amazingly simple. I am very satisfied with how easy it was for me to successfully handle my claim. I was polite and clear and their response was polite and clear!

The claim was settled quickly but there were about seven or eight emails that requested the same information. I kept having to submit the same information to the new requestor. Overall it was somewhat painless and very prompt.
