In the future I think it would be better if you are mailing checks you should do so via fed ex with tracking. I received the followup email on 2/28/24 and as of today 3/11/24 I have not received the check. I'm assuming the 28th was when the check was mailed but once a check is mailed it shouldnt take this long for it to be received unless it wasn't mailed on the 28th. It would have been nice to have been given an actual date the check was mailed and even put the address it was mailed to for verification purposes. If the check is not received by 3/15/24 I will have to followup again.

My main problem was the fact that I was asked to do the claim form twice. Once by Amazon, and then all over again, by ARC. I had already submitted and filled out everything once and it should have been sufficient. I didn't like having to do it twice.
