Very happy with the way my claim was resolved. However, I’m still waiting for payment 20 days seems a bit long.. but thank you again for your prompt response

Only had 2 issues. It was very hard to find a phone number to contact Amazon and report this. I had to find a driver and ask them how to contact someone. Also the person I initially spoke with couldn’t speak English well. As a result my email address was taken down wrong which delayed me getting the information I needed to complete the claim. Everything else was great.
