I have received notification that payment will be issued. While not received, I have scheduled repair of property on 1/27/23. I also would like to re-emphasize that this crew did everything possible to make this a successful delivery and the damages were unavoidable. I am happy that they completed the delivery when a previous crew could not. Your resolution to this issue is very commendable and I'm totally satisfied with your service. Thank you!

I was happy with the service when I finally got to the claims department. Getting through Customer Service took a long time. They kept thinking I had an issue with my order, not property damage caused by a driver. When I got to the right place the person was very helpful.
