From the time I started dealing with Monae she was very professional, courteous & personable. She informed me of all the steps in the process and made me feel better about the entire situation. It was very frustrating at first because my husband & I had just paid for all the work to be done 6 months prior to this damage. I was very surprised that the process went so smoothly.

I'm a senior citizen. I don't have a working camera either on cell phone or stand alone. At some point my neighbor was able to take photos and send them to you. However, the form would not allow for my not including photos and, in addition, would not allow me to type in a signature at the bottom. That was irritating.

I provided documentation (the only documentation) of what it would take to fix the damage & the offer was 25% of it -- with NO EXPLANATION. Then no one would return my calls or respond to my emails. I would like someone to contact me please. 502/876-7833.

It took a bit of effort to find the Claims Dept not associated with a specific order. But once I was in the system, it went smoothly.
