I was pleasantly surprised that a horrible situation was made much better, aswell as promptly. Arc had to wait on some snow melting, as soon as that happened I submitted photos which were processed rather quickly and painlessly. Thank you

The first message I got I thought it was spam so I didn't respond. Maybe try and change it a little bit so that people understand where it is coming from and for what so they don't think it is spam. Other than that, I was very happy with their response.

I submitted photos and stated "This is much more damage than I initially thought. Have to find types of evergreens, then cost to replace slow growing 19 year old bushes or, pull up both sides to make them match. Likely a few thousand dollars if I had to guess." The response I got back was "Thank you. We have requested your payment in the amount of $500.00. Please allow up to 20 business days for the delivery of your check." I expected a discussion. I'm very disappointed that when the delivery van did the damage they didn't come to the door and admit it.
