I was satisfied with the prompt attention to the claim. The communication through the process was prompt and attentive. My only issue with the process was how ARC came to the settlement amount and then drew a hard line on that amount. The bottomline is I provided video evidence of the problem caused by the Amazon driver. I provided an accurate quote from a legitimate landscaping company to repair the damage done by the amazon driver. ARC dug in and basically said take this offer or leave it. I am left funding 20% of the repair because ARC determined the amount they are willing to pay. This is not about the money. The principal of the matter is the frustrating part. My yard was in perfect order. Amazon driver destroys my yard. Now I have to pay 20% of the repair? Seems very unfair to me. I am being penalized because of this arbitary settlement amount determined by ARC. If I were ARC I would pay the full amount it would cost to repair. The amount of money you have determined to fight over is insignificant in comparison to the amount I spend on amazon. Amazon now has a mark against it in my mind. Alternative buying options suddenly look more appealing. Quite pathetic in my book. Again not about the money. The principal matters.
