I am very happy with the settlement. Honestly, I received more than expected. I wish the latch wasn't broken to begin with, but am more than satisfied with the settlement. Thank you, and sorry the complaint needed to be brought up.

Initially it was push back and denial, then clam granted. The initial person I spoke to was most polite and empathetic. Person handling the claim. . .not so much. The burden of this issue was placed on me, not on the person who caused the problem. Shame.
