I was absolutely amazed at how quickly my claim was processed. Every step happened in hours versus days or weeks. Amazon has chosen a wonderful company to process claims for them.

Hopefully Amazon has talked to the driver about this incident. This was actually the second day in row that the drive damaged my driveway. First day I left it go. But it did report it to Amazon customer service so obviously they never passed it onto the driver. This is the problem..
