I have been an Amazon customer for years. I enjoy ordering from them. I do want to add that we have pavement to turn around. So if it rains and the driver gets on the grass the heavy weight of the truck they will get stuck. That is when problem come in with my yard. I asked that my packages are left at my front door. As we asked all other delivery people. Because we live away down from the street. Thanks VPM

I thank the ARC staff for your understanding as well as your efficiency. I had no witnesses and in the heat of the moment failed to take a photo of the delivery van that ran over my expensive electrical cord. You could have said, "Got proof?" And I would not have had any. A supervisor for the delivery service came out to speak with me, but after one text exchange I never heard from him again. Possibly he was told that ARC decided to pay for the damaged cord.
