I am very pleased with the way my claim was handled and how quickly. Still very aggitated with the fact that the driver had plenty of room to turn around in my driveway and chose to use my front yard. Who does that

Once I figured out how to contact someone and get a claim submitted, the response was quick, pleasant and prompt.

My claim was for a tree that was damaged during a delivery. I was given 200.00 dollars. However, if they tree does not live through the winter it will cost me closer to 750.00 dollars to resolve the issues. They tree will need to come down and be disposed of. Then the area will need to be prepped for a new tree. After that a new tree will need to be ordered and planted. While I am happy the issue was resolved, I am concerned that I will have future issues.
