It seemed like it took a week or so emailing back and forth to get it resolved. The process seemed a little cumbersome. I initially filled out the form and sent images but somehow they didn't go through. Either way I am pleased with the outcome but it seems like it could be streamlined.

Claim was initially rejected by "management" as a duplicate. This required several phone calls until we could reach the correct person, Tiana, who corrected the problem and processed out check...
