It was very difficult to find the right department from the customer support system on Amazon. Someone eventually connected me with ARC, but it was very painful being switched to many different support people who were confused by my request.

Nicolas with Amazon's Shipping and Delivery Support Escalations Team got the entire claims process proceeding, Debbie Reams was assigned to our claim, she was wonderful. Her communications and her explanations were to the point. She guided us through each step and followed through with what she said she would do. Fantastic customer service from Debbie and Nicholas. Completely the opposite of the assistance or communication we received from the Amazon delivery drivers supervisor. From the Amazon drivers supervisor, we have heard nothing. We were told the supervisor would be in communication with us, immediately following the incident, Once again we were told the supervisor would provide us with necessary procedures and instructions to file our claim. Absolutely NO follow up at all from her supervisor. We had to initiate all communications following the incident. Nicholas and Debbie were exceptional, the drivers supervisor failed completely.
