My claim was resolved very quickly and fairly. The only problem/challenge that I encountered was sending the Video and Picture attachments with/on the Claim Form. However, I was able to email the Video and Pictures separately.

Difficult to get to the right department. People were helpful along the way, but had to go through some departments before I got to the right department. The end result was positive.
