It took me about 5 transfers and about 1 hour of time to get to the right person but after that it was smooth sailing.

I must say that from start to finish, getting my claim filed and completed was fairly easy, efficient, and problem free. I was told that I would receive my compensationary check in one week. Even though it took 2 weeks to receive it, I would say that the process was still very efficient and I'm more than pleased. All in all, I'm quite pleased with a service that we received and we thank you for that in your commitment to good service.

I did not submit the claim, I only completed a survey on my service and stated in there the damage that occurred at the home and an agent at Amazon was tremendously helpful and submitted the claim on my behalf. I didn’t know that was something that could be done so I have been very grateful the help!

Make sure Amazon doesn't send drivers out in trucks with broken back up cameras. That would have prevented damage/claim. Handling of incident and claim prompt and flawless. Thank you!
