WTF? I just filled out this form, click submit, am asked to post online and the form goes blank? This is a terrible service for surveys. As I said before, I felt I got an attitude of 'prove it' and a curtness that bordered on rude in the emails I received. There were 3 Amazon employees at my house due to the tow truck having to come with the ride along passenger. Check your files and don't be so rude to customers. Feel free to revisit any of my emails to ARC for further info.

Easy to work with and happy to have been helped out but still think in the end the damage was more than I was sent especially when the driver didn’t do it accidentally he tried to drive through my lawn on purpose to make his drive quicker
