My claim processor was Irina and she was very courteous, professional, and responsive. I wasn't sure what to expect from ARC but the process was seamless and I'm pleased with the experience.

Everyone was very professional and took my claim seriously. I would still very much prefer to have never ordered and avoided this mishap, but the resolution is fair. Not sure what I was expecting. Thanks for resolving so quickly
