The amazon driver accidentally hit the gate as he was exiting my driveway and knocked it down. The cost for replacing it was $1200. Amazon claims responded quickly after I submitted the requested documentation. I received an e-mail today that my claim had been approved. and that I would be receiving a check in about a week. I am very satisfied with Amazon's prompt and courteous response.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficient the process was. I have been an Amazon prime customer for a long time I have spent a lot of money with Amazon and I was very pleased that they took care of the damage to my driveway very quickly, without making me jump through a lot of hoops that I did not expect. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and was given a point of contact very quickly. Good job Amazon

When I called to report the damage, I spoke to Etta, then Chris, and finally with Mariella Montano. Each person with whom I spoke was caring, warm, and attentive to the problem we experienced.
