My initial contacts with Amazon.com were extremely frustrating. They took my information but did not contact me as promised and did not give me a claim number. HOWEVER, once I had a claim number and got in touch with ARC, everything changed for the better. Mariela was smart, professional, and courteous. She was very detailed with her requests for information and processed my claim quickly and efficiently. It is entirely due to Mariela that I have given ARC top ratings in all categories. Amazon.com, on the other hand, was pathetically incompetent.

Thank you for the quick and efficient processing of our small claim. I appreciate the no-hassle, and upholding that customer service remains a priority. Although, the situation was unfortunate, it was an accident—It happens. I am highly satisfied with the service I received from Amazon and ARC.
