Somewhat on 3 instead of Strongly because about a month went by with no word (I wasn't worried) at which point I pinged the email. I got a reply very quickly after that and the claim was paid very quickly after that reply.

Although there was some time between my first contact and the resolution, it was mostly because I missed the return call. After I was able to reconnect, my claim was resolved quickly.

There was one gentleman that i first spoke with when I called Amazon I don’t remember his name but he was not very helpful and he kept telling me to call back, he kept asking the same questions over and over.
