I had to provide photos of damage. The claims process wasn't exactly clear. Logging in was a pain. It could be simpler, cleaner. There was no letter when I received my compensation so I didn't have any idea what it was for. Overall, my claim was resolved fairly quickly and the above comments are more about things that could be improved upon.

#4 My claim was resolved promptly: I reduced this one specifically for my initial call into Amazon as an agent took all my information and details but didn't do it correctly the first time so ARC didn't reach out to me as a result. The second time I called in Barbara was amazing and promptly got things right and ARC was perfect from start to finish.

Cannot go with agree on number 4! Since I didn’t have proof of the damage! The driver was gone before I could return to the yard to get my phone and pictures of him stuck and sliding in my yard! My outdoor camera does not go to that side of the house and obviously the driver did not admit to getting stuck if they even asked him! He did it! He knows it and karma will get him if he didn’t tell the truth or not! I also know they know which driver it was when I filed the claim because the operator I talked to looked him up! He did more damage than 400 dollars but I guess it is what it is!
