Finding how and where to make a claim is too difficult, including the phone number. It should be in the order details or easily discoverable in the customer account. Or just don't drive through my lawn next time.

The ARC claims process, or my assigned adjuster, while extremely professional, lacks a bit of warmth or human kindness and empathy. That being said I am more than pleased with the outcome and efficiency.

Somewhat on 3 instead of Strongly because about a month went by with no word (I wasn't worried) at which point I pinged the email. I got a reply very quickly after that and the claim was paid very quickly after that reply.
