Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, my only issues are that I was supposed to receive a confirmation and approval for me to respond to when the check has been released. I received neither. It is also taking quite some time for the check to clear, this is not ideal when the funds are needed to make the necessary repairs. Otherwise great response time and great service. Thank you

I'm still upset though with Amazon and continuing to use our small private road because it's likely this will happen again. They usually have to back up three houses and driver is blinded by bushes going out on main road. Very bad. Their supposed to walk it.
