Finding the path to filing a claim about property damage from the Amazon sites was hard. There should be and easier way to get in touch with the ARC team. However, once i was in touch with ARC the experience was good.

Everyone was very polite. Initially. I sent pictures and videos to Amazon. There was no problem. Then they kept asking at the portal for more videos. I kept sending them and they wouldn't go through. For several days I got messages over and over to send pictures and videos. But then everyone realized that I had sent them and that they had been received earlier. Everything is cleared up now and I am very pleased as usual with Amazon!

The ARC site never was able to allow me to login. I submitted my claim via email.

Getting the initial correct number to call was a bit challenging and they neglected to give me a number for the claim, but once I got the correct number, customer service was all about making it right, getting me the claim number and assisting me in every aspect. They were fast and prompt and efficient. Thank you! and Kudos!

Amount paid didn't cover the damage repair cost. Less than half the itemized cost provided was paid.
