Thank you ! I am big Amazon shopper and have ordered a package Drop off box so that it will be more convenient for drivers will not have to drive all the way into my property and have to back up. Hope it solves any future problems.

The result of the claim was never discussed. After ARC decided that my daughters were to young to interview, they took that as a chance to throw a little bit of money at the issue and close the claim. They were given all of the details INCLUDING the fact that the driver that caused the damage to my property came back to my house to tell me he was going to fix it and I needed to deal with him. Now I’m going to be out of pocket because ARC is a joke and looks for the cheapest easiest way to sweep things under the rug in hopes they will just go away. Amazon has a lot of issues hiring 3rd party companies to represent them whether it’s a delivery company or a claims company. I’ve started using AliExpress to buy online and other companies directly to order things. Dealing with these companies isn’t worth my time or money.
