My only comment is, it took me 2 days to get to the correct team to submit my claim. There should be a clear point of contact. Calling Amazon customer service is frustrating. I was given 5 different phone numbers and was transferred 3 other times with no resolution or clear direction. The only reason I was able to get to the correct team was because my team member had previously worked in the executive team and was able to provide me with the correct contact information. Thank you.
