Thank you for the help. Our concern is that the driver of the Amazon truck did not leave a note or anything to fess up to causing the property damage. We were fortunate that a neighbor saw the incident and took photo's and we were able to get a police report. Has Amazon established and enforced a process that drivers must report accidents? Had we not gotten the police report, would this claim have been processed so quickly ? Thank you again.

The storm we had this week washed away the topsoil repair to the rut the truck left, so I'll have to get it done over. That's no fault of ARC's, but I will be cursing that delivery driver for the rest of the winter. No point redoing it until Spring.

This experience made a quick and satisfactory end to this unfortunate act of the Amazon driver when he drove into my front yard leaving ruts. I provided the needed proof of the damage and was never negatively questioned about my concerns. This is what true customer service looks like. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
