My only improvement comment was in regard to phone wait times at the beginning. I was on hold for about 25 minutes prior to speaking with an agent. Otherwise everything went smoothly. Thank you

The worst part of the process was talking to stupid Amazon customer service reps that couldn’t understand what I was saying because they don’t speak native English. My experience with ARC was fast, painless, and super easy for me. The claim was resolved exactly as I was hoping for and my expectations were definitely met.
