My hope is that the driver was reprimanded and that he will drive more responsibly and respect customers property. I’m sure his truck had damage too. I use Amazon all the time. This incident makes me leery,

I am overall satisfied though the first offer was significantly low. I’ll still end up spending more by the time the lawn is repaired. As example found a main line sprinkler pipe broken that required repair. Still baffles me why the driver would think it was okay to drive up my lawn when the driveway is clearly adjacent.
