The reason for my low score on point one is that I had to call several times over several weeks before finally speaking to someone and getting the claim form sent. Once I spoke to someone the process was easy and quick but initially getting ahold of someone to discuss my claim was doffiy

We are hoping that disciplinary action was taken on Amazon driver that caused this incident and then just drove away!

I was much more impressed with how ARC handled my claim than a previous claim a couple years ago. Amazon handed off to ARC more efficiently, the portal was smooth, and the ARC representative review was swift.
