One of your drivers knocked over our granite mailbox on 10/11. Thank you for promptly addressing my claim. HOWEVER, the witness to this event called your customer service the same night and we were NEVER notified by you that your driver was the cause of the hit and run (The driver had to know). We had no idea who had done it, as we did not connect with the witness right away. So we paid for the repair. It is unclear to me why you would not take responsibility for this and notify us, rather than leaving us to wonder who did it. You did approve our claim and pay us.
