Phone interaction was pleasant and professional. The chat feature was the complete opposite. After answering one or 2 questions, the chat rep chose to ignore me. After waiting over 30 minutes for responses, I ended up disconnecting.

The amount that I agreed to was much less than the quote I provided. But rather than drag the process on, I agreed to the lower figure. Communicating via email made the process impersonal. I will say, it was efficient.

My only complaint is that I estimated/lowballed the cost to repair, and ARC lowballed even more. I’m thankful for the $250, but wasn’t willing to go back and forth about the amount requested.
