Claim form is not user friendly to someone who is not familiar with the software used.

I was told I would hear back within 72 hours, and didn't hear back at all until over a week later when I checked in personally again. Beyond this help was very quickly received and I am very appreciative of a quick resolution of the matter. All involved-both the driver in the accident, and the claims people- were incredibly professional and pleasant.
