Please note: the claims process is aggressive in that they sent at least one email a day and it was overwhelming. Also, there is an issue with the email sent that closes out a claim that is not filled out promptly: the email was sent that said my claim was closed because I hadn’t yet filled it out. That email said “to reopen, reply to this email with information,” so I filled out ALL the information, spent a lot of time on it, sent the email, and it bounced back as a no-reply email. The actual claims process was quick and simple, but the above were definitely issues I encountered before BEGINNING the process.

I didn't know that I had to reply to the settlement email to receive payment which caused a delay. It would have been better if I had to fill out a form to specify payment.
