I mean, it's never "pleasant" to have to submit an insurance claim. I appreciate that accidents happen, but it's not a lot of fun to have to beg for money to get damage repaired caused by a delivery truck driver. An Amazon gift card for my troubles would be nice. Overall though I'm pleased it was resolved so promptly and I didn't get a lot of grief and argument.

It is not conceivable that I will be able to remove the fascia without compromising the drip edge and having to replace 100 SF of roof. Not reasonable.

The process of submitting photos was a little confusing. I was not sure my photos were received but apparently they were. Overall, process was good.
