While I am happy with the resolution of this claim, there seems to be some disconnect between the claims process and my wanting for the Amazon Delivery drivers to quit using my driveway so these issues do not persist. I would recommend a means to communicate between the drivers and this claims department. I have made it abundantly clear in my delivery instructions not to use my driveway and yet it still happens. I am hoping there will be no future claims. I am pleased with the responsiveness of my issue and my claim was resolved in an acceptable timeframe.

I was contacted about my claim from ARC. I sent over everything they requested. They responded and resolved this claim very quickly. We were pleased.

We stepped quickly through the claim process however the resulting offer of compensation of $304. 47 for the damage done by the Amazon delivery driver was not adequate. And the fact that the Amazon driver speedily left the scene of the damage was unfortunate. It would have been best for us to be able to review the damage with him prior to his departure.

The amount of 400 paid only paid for half of the total amount of the bids submitted of 800 disappointed in the settlement because now we have to pay 400 out of our pocket for damages we did not create.

I must say, when we entered into this mess regarding the property damage(mailbox) from an Amazon delivery vehicle, we didn't think for a minute that it would be resolved this quickly? Ms. Debbie Reams was polite, respectful, considerate and handled this case with true professionalism!
