I must say, when we entered into this mess regarding the property damage(mailbox) from an Amazon delivery vehicle, we didn't think for a minute that it would be resolved this quickly? Ms. Debbie Reams was polite, respectful, considerate and handled this case with true professionalism!

This was actually the second time I contacted Amazon about the issue since the first time I never received any correspondence after I created a claim. The second person I spoke with said they saw that I had created a complaint and it was submitted but didn't know why nobody responded in the month between. This second claim went quickly and smoothly though, so there's that.
