I was very pleased with the expedient and efficient manner in which ARC handled my claim. It makes me very confident in using the Amazon delivery and set up option in the future. Their delivery men were polite and set up was quick. The issue I had was resolved within 5 days.

Initially, contacting ARC was easy. Then requesting updates was not. Dealing with the claims representatives created tension. First one was downright rude. Second better; but was quick short.
