There was a miscommunication I think from typing my email wrong that caused it to be cancelled because I did not reply in time but this was resolved.

I was able to take care of the claim in a timely manner, as I was able to get the requested information to the ARC representative. The emails were responded to very quickly on the ARC side, which was impressive and made it a more positive experience, although there is work to be done to repair the damage from the driver. It is my hope that all the delivery driver's can slow down on their routes and take more care with their large trucks. I do pray this is not an on-going issue and only a one-time accident for this driver. I wish the driver had of stopped, however, I understand that it might be a reason for dismissal. I am just very glad the damage was to a wall, instead of to any of the people who walk their dogs on a regular basis in our neighborhood.

This matter of the Amazon driver damaging my driveway for a spot to turn around need to stop. The most difficult thing is there are no phone numbers to contact anyone local to address situations locally.
