ARC came back requesting video clips of the incident. It ended up being a fair amount of work for me to pull together all of the information requested on the initial form and subsequent request, for a $10 claim. But all-in-all I was satisfied with the response from ARC and Amazon. Thank you.

Everything went well .. The crazy thing is that the lamp post I picked from Amazon at the time of the claim was $ 198 with a 5% discount coupon $ 10.00 = $ 188.00 . Not wanting to buy it until I got the check, was looking at the lamp just yesterday .. it is now $218.00 a $30.00 increase ... ? ? ?
