Never having to file a claim before, I have no benchmark to judge by, but I would say resolving a claim in less than six days is extraordinary! Thank you to all involved.

My husband called originally when the incident happened and he didn’t get any information about the claim. He called with the Amazon driver and neither of them could understand what the rep was saying. I don’t know if that’s why my husband never got an email with any claim information. When I called again I had to make a whole new claim and everything went well and I immediately got an email with all the information. Now I’m not sure if the driver called a different number trying to mislead my husband I’m really not sure what all that was about because I was not with them when all that happened. Thank you!

Claims was excellent! I'm very surprised on how quick and easy it was. I wish the Amazon drivers were as good as the Claims department. I also wish the trucks were better maintained. The tires on the truck were bold and posed a safety hazard.
