The initial proposed settlement was not acceptable to me but after I submitted my contractor's bill to repair the damage ARC revised their proposal and sent a check to cover the entire repair. My claim was handled promptly and appropriately.

A much better experience than dealing with Amazon customer service!!! Prompt responses and getting the issue resolved quickly!! Only problem was trying to get the form submitted as it took me 4 tries

It did not cover all the damage done, we have to pay the rest out of pocket. Very frustrating when it wasn’t even our package they were delivering.
