Everything was ok except I felt it was very unfair that you presumed an hourly wage of around $18 an hour was suitable for landscaping. They charged us $60 an hour to repair the damaged yard the driver created

Day of incident, Amazon driver was very responsive and quickly started the process to rectify the situation. He was polite, respectful and apologetic. I appreciated his attention to the issue. Amazon responded quickly with clear directions. Issue was resolved in a timely manner.
